FX-3003 Fixed Camera

The FX-3003 consists of a fixed EO/IR camera system designed specifically to provide the vehicle driver with a fixed day/night forward viewing camera. The system can also be used as a rear view camera if required. The sensor is designed for use in an amphibious, urban, or open field combat environment.

The FX-3003 systems was mandated to be interchangeable between platforms and was required to meet a very stringent set of MIL-STD’s including MIL-STD 901D Grade “A” Shock. The system completed a full Operational Assessment with General Dynamics and the United States Marine Corps in maritime, jungle, desert and arctic environments for the Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle program. The camera is maintenance free, requiring nothing more than routine lens cleaning.

The FX-3003 system is truly rugged, reliable and cost effective.
